Jackson Mills Nutrition

Nutrition coach in training. Longevity is the reason.

Nutrition for the decades ahead, not the next six weeks.

I am Jackson Mills. I am training as a nutrition coach and building a 1-to-1 online practice around one question: how do you eat in a way you can actually keep up for thirty years?

I am not taking clients yet. This page exists so you can watch the thing get built rather than meet a finished website that tells you nothing.

01 / Who this is for

People who are not in crisis, and are not chasing a transformation.

They already eat reasonably well. They are busy. They have read enough about nutrition to be thoroughly confused by it, because every source contradicts the last one. And somewhere in the background sits a quieter goal than a summer body: they want to still be strong, sharp and independent in twenty or thirty years.

What that person usually needs is not another rule set. It is help deciding what actually matters, and then support to keep doing it on the ordinary Tuesdays when nobody is watching. That is the work I want to do.

02 / The longevity lens

Most nutrition advice is built around a deadline.

A holiday, a weigh-in, a January. It is designed to produce a result by a date, and it is usually abandoned shortly afterwards, which is why so many people have done it four times.

Looking at food through a longevity lens asks a different question. Not what gets a result by March, but what you would be glad you had been doing for the last thirty years, and what you can realistically keep doing for the next thirty. That question is far less exciting to answer. It puts the attention on the dull, durable parts: protein, fibre, plants, how you eat around training, alcohol, sleep, and plain consistency. It compounds instead of resetting.

I coach habits and general nutrition principles. I do not diagnose, treat or cure anything, and I do not give medical advice. If something belongs with a doctor or a dietitian, my job is to say so and point you there.

03 / Where I am right now

The honest version, in public, on purpose.

I am studying toward a Level 4 qualification in nutrition, and I expect to open 1-to-1 online coaching in 2027, delivered over Google Meet. Until then there is nothing to buy here, and I would rather say that plainly than run a countdown.

  • What I am A nutrition coach in training. Currently studying a Level 4 nutrition course.
  • What I am not Not a dietitian, not a registered nutritionist, not a doctor. Dietitian is a protected title in the UK and I am not one. I will not claim otherwise, here or anywhere else.
  • How I work 1-to-1, online, over Google Meet. Coaching on habits and general nutrition principles, not clinical care.
  • Status Not taking clients. Opening in 2027.

04 / The writing

This is a reading list, not a waiting list.

I am starting to write about nutrition for the long term: what the evidence actually says, what I am learning on the course, and which bits of it survive contact with a normal week. Plain English, sources cited, no hype, and I will tell you when something is uncertain rather than rounding it up to a headline.

First name and email, nothing else. I will never ask you a health question through this website, and you can leave in one click whenever you like.

05 / Something you should know

I also run a supplement company.

It is called Prime Vitality, it is a UK supplement brand, and I am telling you here rather than letting you discover it later. It is a separate business. The writing on this site is not an advert for those products, and on the occasions where I mention a supplement I happen to sell, I will say so in the same sentence.
